FaceTime camera-in-camera

This is a terrific tip for the iPad, it comes from Ben Lloyd.

When using FaceTime on the iPad or iPhone, you can move the camera-in-camera window to any of the corners of your screen. So if the person you are calling is hidden by the feed from your camera, just tap-n-drag the little window to one of the other corners and you can then view the other person unhindered.
