Here is the deal, I went to review Topps Pennant tonight and realized I already reviewed Pennant back in June. Instead of reviewing it again I just decided to upload it to YouTube which I originally didn't do. I figured instead of reviewing Pennant again I would just link to it in a new post since not much has changed since my last review.
