Apparently Apple was accused of plagiarizing the design made famous by watchmaker Mondaine. Today Apple reached an agreement with the Swiss railway operator SBB to license the use of the clock image. Does it look similar to the clock? Yes. But, don't all clocks pretty much look the same?
